To access the villa there is a 100cm wide path and 4 steps, or alternatively a ramp. The front door has a width of 80cm. The door to the terrace is 100cm wide, there are then 4 steps down from the raised terrace to the pool terrace. The terrace is uneven and paved with stone. There are 6 steps into the pool as well as a ladder. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is open plan. Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
