To access the villa there is a path which is 240cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 114cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor. All bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 65cm.
