The terrace is open-plan, the stone flagstones leading into the villa and around the exteriors are very slightly uneven. The remainder of the terrace is lawned. From the back door, there are 2 steps down to the poolside, as can be seen in the images. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 20 steps to the first floor. All bedrooms have a door width of 76cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 62cm.
