To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 14 steps down and a number of stepping stones set into water. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 170cm wide. Once inside the villa, the entrance is flat with access to the poolside. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has step access. The terrace is tiled however narrow in places. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 77cm wide, and the ensuite door is 66cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
