Accessibility - To access the villa there is a path which is 127cm wide alongside 15 steps. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 67cm wide. The path to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is mostly flat, with tiles and a large lawn area. There is a step over the patio doors. Inside, all bedroom and bathroom doors are 73cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
