Please take caution and account for sloping paths when considering your route. To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide alongside 21 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 108cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst there is a slight lip over the patio doors. The pool has step access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 14 steps to the first floor. The first bedroom on this floor has a door width of 74cm, whilst the ensuite door is 85cm wide.
