The space You have exclusive use of the entire main floor: 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 1 double bed), 2 living rooms, an equipped kitchen, one full bathroom, a workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a grand piano, plus a free washer and dryer. The regular beds sleep 6; extra bedding is available on request for the maximum of 8. The backyard and heated saltwater pool are private and reserved for your group from May 1 to September 30. The owner lives in a separate lower-level unit with an entrance on another street. No indoor space is shared. Parking is reserved for guests but may be shared in winter only. This quiet Sainte-Dorothée neighbourhood has a grocery store across the street, restaurants and a bus stop steps away, plus convenient access to highways, Montréal and the airport. Guest access You have exclusive access to the main floor, including 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, the kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, backyard, seasonal BBQ and heated saltwater pool in season. Your entrance is separate and check-in is self-service. The owner lives in a completely separate unit on another level and does not access your living space. The yard and pool are not shared. Parking is normally reserved for guests but may be shared with the other unit in winter only. We remain available through Airbnb messaging. Other things to note Good to know before booking • Self check-in from 3 p.m.; checkout by 10 a.m. Early check-in or late checkout: USD 30 per hour, only with prior approval and subject to availability. • Strict maximum of 8 people on the property. The base rate covers 6; the 7th and 8th guests are USD 30 per person, per night. Everyone entering the property must be declared and counts toward capacity. • Three regular beds sleep 6. For 7 or 8 guests, a double air mattress and a single folding ottoman bed are available on request. • Private heated saltwater pool open May 1–September 30, subject to weather, maintenance and normal equipment operation. Children must be supervised. From 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., the pool and yard may only be used quietly. • The host or an authorized technician may enter the yard only for maintenance or safety, generally from 6–8 a.m. or 8–10 p.m. Advance notice will be given when possible. • Piano available 9 a.m.–9 p.m. Quiet hours: 9 p.m.–8 a.m. No parties, events or disruptive noise. • No smoking indoors. Outdoors, fully extinguish cigarette butts and place them in the trash. • Up to 2 on-site parking spaces. Parking may be shared in winter only; street parking is subject to municipal rules. • Exterior cameras are located at the entrance and near the garage; there are no indoor cameras. • For discounted stays of 7 nights or more, an initial supply of essentials is provided for about 2 days.
