Immersed in the verdant forest of Chioma (Quercianella), the property is located 5 km away from Castiglioncello, a famous "niche" resort where actors of the caliber of Marcello Mastroianni, Paolo Panelli and Alberto Sordi loved to stay during their summer breaks and beyond...always attracted by that scent of pines and holm oaks, by that transparent sea and its beautiful bays. Here you will feel enveloped in a magical atmosphere of sun, sea and relaxation... and you will forget to go home!!! The space The GARDEN room overlooks the master garden available to guests, where among other things, a cozy olive tree will bless you with its splendid energy. Its measurements are 3.55 m L.x 3.15 m. The white decor of the room with touches of color will make your stay even more relaxing. Here you will find: - a very comfortable double bed and soft latex pillows suitable to ensure a deep rest; - two bedside tables; - a coat rack; - a large full-length mirror; - a desk with a chair; - a fridge; - TV - heat pump and/or air conditioning; - a kettle; - a coffee machine with capsules; - tea, milk, sugar, honey, jam, chocolate and brioche/toast. Attached to the bedroom, you will find: - a WALK-IN CLOSET 2.10 m L.x 1.30 m W consisting of: - hangers; - dresser - various shelves where you can store your clothes, more neatly as possible. - a COMPLETE BATHROOM consisting of: - sink; - bidet; - toilet; - shower tray Here we find a towel warmer and a large mirror. We will provide you with towels, shower mat and hairdryer, as well as toiletries. The room has a French window that allows direct access to the garden and already with the first light of the morning, the birdsong will give you the most beautiful awakenings, in absolute peace and quiet. Guest access Guests are reserved the entire lower external part of the accommodation, including all areas of the garden and of course the use of the swimming pool and its surroundings. Passing from the right side of the garden, a flight of stone stairs will lead you to the semi-covered dining area, where guests can find: - an outdoor kitchen consisting of: two induction stoves and a worktop; - a masonry barbecue; - an outdoor masonry sink; - table and chairs The outdoor kitchen may be shared with other guests, so booking is recommended and appreciated. Other things to note The accommodation is a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of Quercianella, Castiglioncello, Rosignano and Livorno. IN AUTUMN AND WINTER, you can do various activities in Quercianella and the surrounding areas, including scenic excursions along the coast and trails, water sports such as kayaking and surfing (practicable all year round), or simply enjoy the landscape and tranquility of the season. OUTDOOR AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES EXCURSIONS: Take advantage of the scenic trails to explore the coast, walking from Quercianella to Calafuria and other neighboring areas, including the surrounding forests with trails suitable for walking, hiking and mountain biking! KAYAK AND PADDLEBOARD: Explore the coast and its coves from the sea with a kayak or paddleboard, a suggestive way to discover the landscape. SURFING: Surfing is a year-round activity, supported by local services. RELAXATION AND CULTURE Admire the landscape: Enjoy the tranquility of the season, the autumn colors and the sea even in winter, perhaps from one of the many viewpoints in the area. OTHER RECOMMENDED ACTIVITIES: DIVING AND SNORKELING: Although less practiced in autumn and winter, the clear seabed of the coast continues to be an attraction for biodiversity.
