This property is nestled on a ridge above Bradbury Beach, Lake Roosevelt. This place is perfect for couples, sporty outdoor enthusiasts, or sun bathers wanting to simply lounge on the deck in the summer sun! Enjoy your morning coffee and take in the breathtaking view of beautiful Lake Roosevelt! The space Whether you’re looking for a change in the day to day, a weekend getaway with your significant other, a get together with a few good friends, or a clean, cozy cabin to come to after a long day in the outdoors, you won’t be disappointed! This property offers easy access (2 minute drive) to Bradbury Beach Boat Launch and day use area. It is a short drive to Kettle Falls,(approximately 8 miles) and to Colville (approximately 20 miles). This property has end of road privacy. The view of Lake Roosevelt from the cabin will knock your socks off! This cabin is a rough cut timber frame design with high ceilings and large windows looking out over the lake. This cozy cabin is approximately 600 square feet. The main floor (approx 430 Sq Ft) is an open studio concept with the kitchenette, living area, and main bedroom all in one open area. The kitchenette/dining is compact, but has the amenities to easily cook and enjoy a full meal. The bathroom is just off the bedroom area for easy access. This cabin is heated and cooled with a mini split system, offering you comfortable and controllable indoor temperatures or simply open the screened windows for cool evening air! The sleeping loft (approx 200 Sq Ft) is accessible by a ships ladder that has two full size beds, that can provide a restful place with lake view, for extra guests. Although this is a perfect spot for couples, it has accommodations for up to 3 people. Please reach out to me if you need to accommodate more than 3 people. There are two options: 1. Utilize the sleeping loft (no additional fee) 2. Bring your RV! Full RV hookup (additional fee) located about 100 feet from the cabin. To the Lake Roosevelt Sportsters & Adventure Seekers: Bring your paddle board, kayak, jet skis, boat,(yes there’s room to park it) fishing gear, coolers, and beach gear and enjoy the beautiful Lake Roosevelt! Guest access You have access to the entire cabin with keyless entry, outdoor deck, and gravel parking area for your stay! Other things to note Special Note: This cabin is approximately 5-10 minute walking distance or a 2 minute drive (recommended)to Bradbury Beach boat launch/day use area. Please disregard Google Map, as it incorrectly shows the cabin location within 1 minute walking distance.
