Important: • Please make sure your Vietnam visa is valid on your check-in date. Unfortunately, I’m unable to host guests with an expired visa, as temporary residence registration would not be accepted. • If a guest stays with an invalid visa, any fines or penalties issued by the authorities (for both the guest and the host) will be the guest’s responsibility. ♦︎ Transportation: GrabBike can drop you off directly. If using GrabCar, a short 100m walk is required. It helps the studio stay away from the traffic's constant noise. ♦︎ No Window: The decorative window in photos is not functional. Blackout shades included for comfort. ♦︎ Potential Noise: This studio may have occasional neighborhood sounds - not too much but it's audible sometimes. My nightly rates reflect these factors. That said, many guests haven’t found this to be a big issue (the studio has good noise cancelation) but I like to be extra transparent so you can have the best possible experience during your stay. This is a natural and common part of life in cities with a warm climate and vibrant ecosystem. Most insects are harmless and not a cause for concern. • I do my best to keep the space clean and comfortable, but I appreciate your understanding of this natural occurrence. • Please note: - While the studio is thoroughly cleaned before check-in, I cannot control what guests bring into the apartment, what food is stored or consumed inside, or if any food or crumbs are accidentally left uncovered. In a warm-climate environment, even a small amount of food can attract ants or other small insects. - Despite regular cleaning and preventive measures, it is not possible to control every single insect. For this reason, I cannot take responsibility for occasional insects that may appear on the floor, furniture, bed, or elsewhere after check-in and during your stay. Their presence reflects the natural environment. - Guests who are highly sensitive or uncomfortable with the possibility of encountering small insects may wish to consider this carefully before booking. ♦︎ About Odors & Natural Surroundings • The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and aired out before every check-in.
