The apartment is 30 m² and has one bedroom plus a dining/kitchen area. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Large windows allow plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. ◆Room Layout Bedroom: One double bed, compact desk and chair perfect for work, and a closet with hangers. Dining Room: Dining table for four, a double-size sofa bed, and a TV with access to terrestrial channels, Netflix, and YouTube. When using the sofa bed for sleeping, kindly move the dining table to the side to create enough space. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, rice cooker, toaster oven, electric kettle, complete set of cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, cling film, foil, sponge, dish soap, garbage bags, and kitchen paper. Bathroom: Bath and toilet in one unit, with essentials provided. ◆Linen Provided Bath towels, face towels, bath mat, bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases. ◆Other Amenities Air conditioning (cooling/heating), washing machine, laundry detergent, hair dryer, clothespins, laundry net, laundry hangers, disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, earplugs, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tissue paper, trash bags (large and small), iron, clothes hangers, high-speed Wi-Fi, and extension cords. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit upon entering through the white entrance door of Room 301 on the 3rd floor. There are no shared spaces inside the unit—no interaction or space is shared with other guests or the host. Please note that any storage marked “STAFF ONLY” is locked and not available for guest use. Other things to note 【About traffic noise】 The property is located along a main road, and depending on the time of day, some traffic noise may be heard. However, to ensure a comfortable and restful stay—especially for those sensitive to sound—we provide earplugs in the room. Many of our guests find them helpful for a good night's sleep. 【Cleaning and Linen Policy】 During your stay, there will be no cleaning service provided. Cleaning tools such as a vacuum cleaner are available in the room, so please clean as needed. Additionally, linen (sheets and towels) will not be replaced during your stay. Please use the in-room washing machine to wash and reuse them as necessary. 【Regarding Replenishment of Consumable Items】 We provide an adequate amount of consumable items—such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, and garbage bags—based on the number of guests and the length of stay. However, for longer stays or in cases where these items are used up, we kindly ask guests to purchase and replenish them on their own. 【Regarding the Surrounding Environment】 During your stay, there may be external factors such as construction noise, sounds from neighboring residents' daily lives, or temporary odors from the surrounding area.
