Adler House - #Sauna #Jacuzzi

Adler House is a modern, fully equipped year-round house, created to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life. It is located on the Oder River, amidst meadows and forests, in the buffer zone of the Cedyński Landscape Park. This place offers peace, quiet, beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. Perfect for families and groups of friends looking for relaxation and active recreation. Sauna and Jacuzzi are available all year round. The swimming pool is only available during the summer season (July - August). The space The house on the ground floor has 3 bedrooms (of which 2 have a private bathroom), 3 bathrooms, and a common area, i.e. a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. You'll climb the stairs to the mezzanine (note - the stairs are steep) and there's an extra place to sleep, foosball, toys, and children's books. At the top of the stairs are secured with a lockable gate (for child safety). The house can accommodate a maximum of 9 adults. Room and bed layout: • Bedroom 1 : Double Bed (W 160cm) + Private Bathroom • Bedroom 2 : Double Bed (W 160cm) + Private Bathroom • Bedroom 3 : double bed (160 cm wide) and children's bed (160 x 70 cm) • Hallway bathroom • Living room with kitchen and dining area • Mezzanine : double bed (width 160 cm), double bed (width 140 cm) The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and accessories: dishwasher, oven, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, bowls, pots, pans, glasses, drip coffee maker, toaster, toaster, toaster, blender. Linens and towels are provided. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. Guests also have access to the washing machine. The spacious terrace has a large table with chairs , sun loungers, a gas grill, and a hot tub . The deck is partially covered so you can use it even during rainy weather! The garden has a sauna and a pool (in the summer). The area is partially fenced. The outside area is monitored. Guest access Adler House guests have individual access to the entire property, including the garden, and to the beach with a jetty, which is located near the house (150 m). The beach and the pier are shared with guests from neighboring houses! Our guests can use the Jacuzzi and sauna located on the premises of the Adler House. The sauna located on the beach is intended for guests staying in the neighboring facilities (House With The View and Lavender House). Please follow the above rules! Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Pets are not allowed! Penalty for having a dog, cat, or other pet 500€. ！️ No smoking inside the house or in the hot tub!! Penalty for smoking and other tobacco products in the house 500€ ！️ Garbage separation applies. Quiet hours on the terrace from 10pm to 6am. The home is electrically heated. ！ ️No fires allowed in fireplace ！️ No charging of electric vehicles (€300 fine)
