The kitchen is the heart of the home and designed for gathering, cooking, and enjoying quality time with family and friends. The balcony overlooks the Marina. If you book a catamaran or snorkeling tour, the Marina is within walking distance. The pool is available for registered guests only. Must follow strict pool rules. No parties or events are allowed The space The apartment is located within Villa Marina Condominium, directly across from the Renaissance Villa Marina Yacht Harbor, offering a prime location with easy access to some of the area’s most popular attractions and experiences. Villa Marina Condominium has a large pool area for your enjoyment. The common areas are currently under construction but you can access the pool following the strict rules it has. Nearby highlights include: • Approximately 10 minutes from Seven Seas Beach, the Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve, Las Croabas, and the famous Bioluminescent Bay (Laguna Grande). • About 15–20 minutes from Los Kioskos de Luquillo and Balneario Monserrate (Luquillo Beach), well known for local food, beach access, and a lively atmosphere. • Approximately 20 minutes from the Vieques & Culebra Ferry Terminal, as well as just minutes away from local restaurants, marinas, and family-friendly activities. Guest access Fajardo is located on the east side of Puerto Rico and serves as a gateway to some of the island’s most beautiful natural attractions, including beaches, islands, and the rainforest. While ride-share services such as Uber are available in the area, vehicle availability can be limited and inconsistent, especially during early mornings, evenings, or peak travel seasons. For this reason, renting a car is strongly recommended, as it provides the most convenient and reliable way to explore Fajardo and the surrounding towns at your own pace. Other things to note Pool is available exclusively for the use of our guests. Pool schedule: Mon - Fri 9:00am to 3:00pm. Sat and Sun 9:00am to 7:00pm. Pool rules and schedules must be followed.
