Casa Ceiba at Boca de Iguanas

Casa Cieba is located where the tropical jungle meets the beach. A remoteand beautiful 4 bedroom villa far from the city noise situated in a lush garden setting on the gorgeous Tenacatita Bay. The beach is a quiet and secluded location making it for the perfect tropical getaway. The villa is 3000 sq.ft., and has a private pool. The pool, like others here, is not heated Casa Cieba is ocated about 5 km from La Manzanilla so guests will require transportation. This is a no smoking property. The space The property is remote from the town of La Manzanilla and allows for a full and intimate interaction with fauna, flora and ecology of the Costalegre jungle and beach. The open-air kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. Combined with an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has basics like coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Guest will need to bring their own oils, spices and groceries. The open-air, palapa covered living room and dining room are perfect for watching bird life in the mangrove and seeing the abundant flowers just yards away or perhaps a restful siesta. The 4 bedrooms are air conditioned. The remainder of the villa is open-air and allows a wonderful natural feel. The villa will sleeps a maximum of 10 guests and we include linens and towels for these 10 guests only. Guests will need to provide their own bedding and towels for any individuals more than the 10 guests. The small pool at the house and the large public pool at the beach are not heated. This property is not well suited for physically impaired guests due to the stairs between the first and second floors. No fiestas, parties or outside guests allowed without the expressed permission of the owner. Guest access The beach is not visible but only about 75-100 meters away and can be accessed by foot or car. At the beach you may access the pool and restaurant (daily fees may apply per restaurant proprietor). Other things to note Guests can arrange daily housekeeping, meal preparation or other services upon request.
