The space This elegant 3+1 tower house combines modern architecture and harmony with nature. The spacious 100 m² interior has three double bedrooms and a large living space. Three bedrooms are illuminated by panoramic views of Lake Sapanca and nature; it offers a comfortable and private accommodation thanks to the bathroom and jacuzzi in the 2 bedrooms. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa set, TV and natural gas fireplace; this area is integrated with the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the equipment you may need, such as a refrigerator, Airfray, kettle and basic kitchen utensils. If you wish, you can also eat your meals in the 20 m² winter garden or on the patio with a lake view. When you exit the main door of the house, you reach the 250 m² private garden and the heated pool that can be used seasonally; there is a barbecue in the garden, a wood fireplace in the winter garden and comfortable garden furniture. 2 bedrooms are cooled with air conditioning, all bedrooms are heated with radiators, and there is also a natural gas fireplace on the right. 60mb fast Wi‑Fi access is available.
