This includes the kitchen, bathroom, and any provided equipment like the fire pit or BBQ utensils. 7. **Check-in/Check-out** - Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. - Please make sure all doors are locked before check-out 8. **Trash and Recycling** - Dispose of trash and recycling in the bins provided. Follow local guidelines for sorting recyclables. 9. **Parking** - Parking is available in designated areas only. Do not block driveways or other vehicles. 10. **Fire Safety** - If using the fire pit, follow safety instructions and never leave a fire unattended. 11. **Violation of Rules** - Any violations of these rules may result in additional fees, as specified, and/or termination of your stay without a refund.
