Off-grid, but has electricity, small fridge, hot and cold water, kitchen sink, and pellet stove. Outhouse and outdoor shower. The space Spacious riverfront lawn for outdoor recreation, barbecues. Fern-filled forest to explore. Beautiful view of the St. John River that divides the United States and Canada, with Canadian Trains frequently passing. River access for kayak, depending on water levels, may be able to walk alongside the river. Horseshoes, grill, fire pit for you to use. Launch your small to mid sized boat on site.
