Welcome to our historic 19th-century home in Ladoix-Serrigny, just steps from all amenities. With breathtaking views of the Corton hills and our own Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru vines in the garden. We spent 2024 renovating this old lady and while we love sharing this special place, we also cherish it ourselves. When available, we look forward to welcoming fellow wine lovers to enjoy the views and the peaceful surroundings 🌞🍇 The space Regarding the cost breakdown: starting in July 2026, Airbnb changed its pricing policy so all fees are now borne exclusively by hosts, with no additional charges for simplicity. The total price now includes Airbnb fees (15,5%), the cleaning fee (200€), and local taxes. In short, the guest’s final booking price is now clearly stated upfront. Property description: the house offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (up to 10 guests), an open kitchen leading to the dining area, a cozy small living room, and a spacious main lounge with sofas, a bar, and a soccer table, perfect for unwinding after a day in the vineyards. Each room is equipped with fans and the suite located on the top floor of the house with mobile air-conditioning, in case higher temperatures in the summer. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole house, with the exception of some utility rooms which are still closed due to ongoing renovations. Security-wise, the staircase, it can be steep and slippery for young children. Make sure they are always accompanied before the age of 10. Other things to note Outdoor and access to the vineyards: - A 3000m2 garden (including 1000m2 of vines) to enjoy the view on the vines. - A terrace surrounding the house facing south and north and equipped with a Weber barbecue. - You can also park your vehicles in the courtyard in complete safety. The house is equipped with a standard charging station if needed. Broken items and recycling : - Finally, any broken or damaged items will be charged to the guest accordingly. - If the instructions are not followed for reclycling this may occur extra fees if we need to triage after your departure. Otherwise, if would like us to take care of the glass-recycling please let us know upon your arrival. This will be expensed accordingly (25€). Practical info: - Several vineyards are within walking distance in Aloxe-Corton (10 min) and Ladoix-Serrigny (5 min), passing through the vineyards. Don't forget to call in advance 😊
