The house was designed to offer warmth, privacy and special moments, with large indoor and outdoor environments for you to relax and enjoy. Bedroom s: • Suite 1 (upper floor): Spacious room with queen-size bed, private balcony with individual hot tub (with chromotherapy) and a stunning view of the horizon. It is possible to add another single bed. • Suite 2 (ground floor): This suite features three single beds, a wardrobe available for guests, and direct access to the backyard. Indoor Common Areas: • Living room: Cozy, with comfortable sofa, armchairs, fireplace and TV – perfect for watching movies or listening to music. • Dining room: Integrated space, with a table for up to 6 people, connecting to the living room and kitchen. • Kitchen: Complete and equipped, with stove, refrigerator, basic utensils and large counter to prepare meals. Outdoor Area: • Glass-sided pool: Solar heating (to break the ice, the water gets cold) and integrated whirlpool. • Large backyard: Perfect for outdoor activities, with volleyball or frescobol net and plenty of space to relax. • Barbecue: Ideal for preparing meals and enjoying special moments. • Fire pit: Cozy space for nights around the fire pit (firewood not included). • Your Pet will be welcome, but it is important that it is not too adventurous! Behind the house is a reserve and the "fence" is the forest, trees and plants. Extras: • Available equipment: spinning bike, yoga accessories, weights and exercise rope. • The condominium has a lake 800 meters away, ideal for quiet walks, as well as an outdoor gym. Important: • Some personal items will be marked on certain furniture in the house. Other things to note • Distance from the store: The house is located in a quiet area, about 4 km from the nearest restaurant. Therefore, we recommend that guests bring their necessary food and supplies, such as firewood and charcoal, to make the most of their stay. I provide 1 6-kg package of firewood as a courtesy. • Condominium neighbors: Many neighbors make breads, pizzas, and other foods informally. It's worth exploring these local delights if there's interest! I'll give you everyone's contact! • Means of transportation: It is essential to have your own means of transportation, as there is no public transportation available in the region. About the House: • The voltage is 220V. • I don't have a blender or mixer, but I do provide a mix that can be useful for preparing simple recipes.
