The Meadows farm stay is an ideal escape for those seeking peace, connection to nature, and simple country luxury. Guests can unwind by the outdoor fireplace, soak in the open-air bath under the stars, or gather around the bar and BBQ area while taking in the surrounding landscapes. You’ll find beautiful linen, a fully equipped kitchen, books and games to enjoy. We supply a selection of herbal and caffeinated drinks, and can discuss options for breakfast and food hampers if you are interested. The space The Meadows is a 40-acre property featuring a beautifully refreshed farmhouse perched on a scenic ridge. A herd of cattle enjoy the property, and are farmed by our friends and neighbours The Cryers. The views are spectacular and have been thoughtfully maximized with large windows throughout the home. The property is designed for relaxation and connection with nature, offering an outdoor fireplace, bath, bar, and BBQ to fully enjoy the stunning surroundings. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property and house during their stay with the exception of the garden shed. You will have access to the property via keys in a lock box. Other things to note Guests stay at The Meadows at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for any incidents, injury, or death that may occur on the property. Please note: The Meadows is a working rural property. Cattle are present on the land but are kept out of the house area with fencing and gates. Guests may encounter wildlife during their stay. There are inherent risks associated with the use of the outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace.
