This is not ideal for partying or a loud rowdy crowd. The space 👋🏽This rental is brand new construction and opening Memorial Day Weekend. We’ve been hosting for awhile but this new space is something special- it’s our nicest rental & favorite by far! 🏡The Treehouse includes 2 detached indoor spaces: one with a bedroom and bathroom, another with living room, kitchenette, and king sized sleeper sofa. In front of these two spaces is a 160 sq.ft. deck with a large outdoor bathtub, a gas grill, and a dining table where you can enjoy a meal in the fresh mountain air. Below the deck is a stone firepit and outdoor living space where you can roast smores over a campfire and tell stories under the stars. 🦋The Treehouse is one of 4 unique Airbnbs at Farfalla Collective, our 22 acre forest property. You can find the other 3 through our Airbnb Profile, as well as a listing to rent the entire property. While the terrace is private, you are able to hear and see 2 other units through the trees. 🗯️Disclaimer: This wilderness experience is not for everyone! You will be staying immersed in the forest and will likely see bugs, spiders, deer and could even see coyotes, bear, snakes, or small rodents. Other things to note 🗓️ 1 night minimum stay on weekdays, 2 night minimum stay on weekends. 🌀This space was built with love and creativity! The beams in the bedroom and living room are hand made. The wood is from the trees that stood where the terrace is now, freshly milled and transformed into beams. The windows are reclaimed from two separate properties in the historic Sautee valley. One set belonging to a well respected artist- who you can find their print painting inside the living room on the shelf above the couch. The floor plan and design is created by the hosts (Wil+molly) we absolutely adore this space and we hope you do too! It’s eclectic, hand built, repurposed, and one of a kind! This isn’t for everyone, but we hope you love your time here. 💌 We hope Farfalla serves as a relaxing outpost for your getaway! We’ve built everything here ourselves and are extremely passionate about providing our guest with peace, quiet, and uninterrupted time in nature.
