Fine dining and shopping, and Whole Foods at The Collection 5 minutes drive. Seabridge Marina 10 min drive. Ventura Hrbr Vlge, Channel Islands Visitor Ctr 13 min drive. RV accomodates 4 ppl comfortably. Bedroom: short queen bed; 2 adult size narrow bunk beds; sofa-bed: full; short dinette-bed. The space I try to make it as affordable and comfortabe as possible for you and your pets! Well-behaved pets are safe to be left alone! There is a window for a dog and a window place for a cat. I don't often host for a long term so my place is not overused and flexible, and available when you need it. Hosts, house hunters, travel professionals, tourists, explores and company employees are welcome! We couldn't wish for a better weather on earth and you are invited to enjoy it! Speaks for itself, Channel Islands National Park is a must to sail to either in your own boat or through Island Packers. (Our street is broad for your towed boat, arrive early and take over the parking). Fully furnished luxury motorhome has everything you need: 2 ACs, microwave/convection oven, electric burner stove, propane stove, DVD/Blue Ray players and 4 flat screens. Filtered water throughout the unit. Your own one parking spot in the driveway. Sofa-bed is a walk-around bed and it is more suitable for taller people. Let me know via message if you want me to set it up with a support and a mattress. It occupies half of the living room when unfolded. Pets welcome: up to 3 dogs and 3 cats! No check out tasks to burden you! Please, don't do anything before check out (besides your usual living neatly). Just be reasonable with wet towels and put them on the floor where they are not touching anything but the floor. The key goes back into the lockbox.
