Welcome to your perfect Cocoa Beach Retreat! This charming 2 Bedroom, 1 bath condo offers a king bed in 1 room and a queen bed in the other, providing a comfortable space for up to four guests. The bathroom features a convenient tub/shower combo, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. Located just 100 steps from the complex's private beach access, you can easily enjoy the sand and surf, and there's a cleaning station to wash off after a beach day. The complex also offers fantastic amenities, including a pool, tennis court, and shuffleboard courts. In the evening, head down to the beach to watch cruise ships depart from Port Canaveral, or catch a rocket launch from SpaceX, Blue Origin, or NASA. You can even spot the space station from the beach on clear nights! The location is highly walkable, with a Publix, liquor store, and Dollar Tree just across the street, along with many restaurants and stores, including the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. If you're driving, Port Canaveral is only 10 minutes away, Kennedy Space Center is 30 minutes away, and Disney and Orlando attractions are just under an hour's drive. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: This unit is NOT pet-friendly. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
