You can reach the apartment on the 3th floor via a spacious lift. Sporty guests can also take the stairs! The living room, kitchen and dining room all have windows which provide a beautiful natural light. The apartment consists of a stylish dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen on one side and a spacious sitting area with smart TV on the other side. There are 2 large bedrooms with super comfortable king-size box-spring beds (180x200) and large pillows. The huge bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bath. There are 2 separate toilets. At the terrace on the backside you can enjoy your coffee in the sun. The entire apartment has been lovingly furnished and has a beautiful authentic parquet floor. * Washing machine, ironing board and iron are available in the apartment * Baby bed, baby bath and baby chair are also provided Guest access Guests can enjoy the apartment in all privacy. Other things to note * This apartment is not suited for parties of any kind. * The accommodation is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, on the terrace, or anywhere in the building. This helps ensure that all guests can enjoy a fresh, clean, and smoke-free environment. * Use of drugs/laughing gas is not allowed. * Inviting additional guests is not permitted. Only guests who are registered on the reservation are allowed to enter and stay in the accommodation.
