Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. This property is dog friendly (1 dog, 15 lbs or less) with a Pet Fee of $163.80 USD + Tax. Dog must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose pet when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida. Parking: One (1) parking space in attached driveway. One (1) parking space inside the enclosed garage. All are offered free of charge to guests.
