A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. Parking: One (1) Uncovered car-sized parking space in rear lot (Dedicated), Street parking on Flagler Avenue (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests.
