Sardinha Beach House

Casa de Praia Sardinha is located in a quiet area near the beach, surrounded by pine forest. The house is well equipped and has great amenities. The house has access to a seasonal shared pool, Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. It has one bedroom, two living rooms with sofa beds in which it is possible to divide the space with a curtain creating an extra bedroom. It has an outdoor area with a dining table and sun loungers. Other things to note Reservations between April 1 and October 31 are subject to the payment of a Municipal Tourist Tax (TMT) of €2 per guest per night, valid only between with a maximum limit of seven consecutive nights per booking, per person from the age of 13. Foreign citizens will have to fill out a form with the identification of each guest, as it is mandatory by law in Portugal to present it to the Foreigners and Borders Services in Portugal. Baby cots are available upon request in advance and with an extra payment of €25 paid by bank transfer at the time of booking. Loss or damage to the pool card requires the guest to pay a fee of €50.
