No Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside the property. However, there is a designated smoking area outside in the back. If the home smells like smoke after your stay, a $500 fee will be charged. Violation of the no-pet or no-smoking policy may result in a $500 fee and/or being asked to leave.
