Beyond just sightseeing, we invite you to experience the energy of Lake Toya through the slow passage of time—tasting fresh vegetables from local farms and enjoying unique dishes crafted by passionate locals. The space 🏡 About Lake Toya Retreat A peaceful, 2-story private villa located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Toya. This 150㎡ home is well-insulated, featuring central heating to keep you cozy in winter and cool in summer. 🔑 Flexible Check-in: Early check-in or luggage drop-off available upon request (subject to availability). 🕒 Late Check-out: Relax until 11:00 AM. 🚗 Free Parking: Space for up to 3 cars (including 1 covered spot). 🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen: Basic seasonings, local rice, pancake mix, drip coffee, and tea are provided. 🛌 Sleeping Arrangements Room 1 (1F): 2 Single beds + 1 Double bed (Direct garden access). Room 2 (1F): 1 Double bed (Quiet and cozy). Room 3 (1F): 1 Single bed with a desk (Perfect for remote work). Room 4 (Loft): 1 Double mattress (Low ceiling, open space above kitchen). Room 5 (2F): 1 King-size low bed + Baby crib (Ideal for families with infants). 👶 Family-Friendly Features Equipment: Baby crib, 2 high chairs, kids' tableware, and a safety gate for the stairs. Services: Professional babysitting by local experienced moms (English/Japanese available, paid). 🚿 Amenities Bath: Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleanser, makeup remover, lotion, and toothbrush. Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, and detergent provided. Kitchen: Dishwasher, rice cooker, microwave, hot plate, and portable gas stove (for Nabe). 📍 Neighborhood & Access 🚶 Walkable (Within 5 mins): Lake Toya, Convenience store, Post office, Bus stop (to Rusutsu/Onsen), and various local cafes & restaurants (Venison, Vietnamese, Bakery, etc.). 🎿 Ski Resorts: 20 mins to Rusutsu Resort, 40 mins to Niseko Area by car. 🚗 Note: We recommend renting a car from Chitose Airport or JR Toya Station. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, except for one private closet used for storage. Our staff may occasionally be working in the garden during the day but we always respect your privacy. Other things to note 【No Smoking Policy】 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garden. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of 50,000 JPY will be charged.
