(There are no designated outdoor smoking areas. Please ensure that cigarette butts are fully extinguished and dispose of them properly by using your own portable ashtray.) ※ The cleaning staff will handle the garbage collection after your check-out. Please do not dispose of the garbage in the designated areas and kindly cooperate with proper waste separation. ※ If any provided dishes or amenities are damaged, additional charges will be applied after your check-out. If there are any changes in the reservation, such as an extension, please inform us at least 24 hours before check-out. Recently, there have been frequent incidents of staining, damage, and items being taken away. While regular usage of items such as bed sheets will not incur charges, any items with bloodstains or vomit will be subject to actual expenses. ④ Emergency response We will do our best to meet your requests, but there may be cases where same-day assistance is not possible. For same-day assistance excluding emergencies, additional fees will apply, and we appreciate your understanding.
