Our Little Wine Farm is an oasis for the simple pleasures - family feasts, games with friends, strolls in the vines, and floating in the pool. Walking distance to outstanding wineries and restaurants. * Check-ins Thursday/Friday only (excluding stays of 7+ days) * No weddings/stag(ette)s/parties The space This modern home feels nothing like your traditional log cabin. With an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, great bedroom separation, and several multi-purpose rooms, you will find the space perfect for larger groups. The spacious kitchen makes nightly feasts a breeze while the outdoor wet bar makes for fantastic days by the pool. The home is set-up with a dry sauna, gym, Peloton, ping pong table, bocce, a plethora of board games, and a take-a-book-leave-a-book library. And yes, we have pool floaties for you. For bedroom configuration, take a look at the floor plan in the photos. The home features two master bedrooms, one on each floor, with en-suite bathrooms and each with a king size bed. There are two more private bedrooms on the main floor, along with two additional full bathrooms and one more bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The loft area is a great kids play area There is reliable fibre optic WiFi, smart TV's (no cable but netflix), and a desk for the poor souls that have to do a bit of work on vacation. This is a home that we actually rented ourselves. We loved it so much that we bought it. We spend a fair bit of time here and we hope you love it as much as we do. * The hot tub is a wood burning and only available for use from November to March. * Wildfire refund policy: in the event that provincial legislation restricts travel to the area, we will offer a full refund for booked days regardless of our AirBnB refund policy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of a locked storage room. Other things to note We have tried to stock the house as well as possible with games, supplies, and accessories that people will enjoy. We stay in AirBnB's a lot ourselves, and actually rented this house before buying it, so we have done our best to set the house up to make it as turn key as possible. Please note, while the house is very kid friendly, this home is located on a bench with ravines down both sides. The yard off the house is fenced and quite safe, but if you do walk the vineyards (which we welcome you to do as long as don't pick the grapes), we encourage you to exercise caution with young children.
