The space This is a dual Air BnB unit meaning there is another private entry 2 bedroom attached apartment rental (see my other listings under my profile) that has its own private and secure entry downstairs. There is mutual agreed upon quiet hours and the hot tub is shared. Please see “The Whole Enchilada” which merged calendars for availability of the entire place, in complete privacy, while increasing overall capacity and utility.. There is a steep pet fee of $300. This pet fee is refundable if you actually take care of your pets. It’s taken one experience with this that has forced me to do it this way.
