This rustic cottage is the original farmhouse on the property, thoughtfully upgraded to include modern comforts. Located just 15 minutes from historic Lismore and 20 minutes from Evans Head beach, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds— farm vibes with easy access to coastal day trips. The house is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms, including a queen bed, a double bed, and two single beds. A portable cot can also be provided upon request. Please note: We’re a small family operation, and sometimes we keep our calendar blocked while we organise our schedule. If you’re interested in staying, please reach out with your preferred dates, we often can open availability on request. Your support means a lot to us. There’s a dedicated desk if you need to squeeze in some work during your stay. The cottage has a reliable Wi-Fi connection, and the smart TV comes signed in with Netflix, Disney+, and Kayo—so you won’t miss a game while you're on holiday! For your morning caffeine fix, we’ve got a Breville coffee machine. It’s perfect for enjoying a coffee while taking in the views of the property—no need to rush out in search of a café. We also provide tea, instant coffee, and sugar/sweeteners for your convenience. At the front of the cottage, you’ll find a spacious deck overlooking the paddock, often filled with grazing cattle. Please note that this is a working farm, so you may hear farm machinery and animal sounds during your stay. If you're lucky, you might even spot the kangaroo family that's made our property their home—as well as koalas and a variety of wild birds. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire cottage including the front deck, kitchen, living areas and all bedrooms.
