It can be replaced by an equivalent in the same building if this is not expressly requested by message after booking. Guest access - Broadband Wi-Fi available in all apartments and areas, GIGABIT router (400mbps) practically in front of the apartment; - 2 Common pool areas in high season (see dates and times below). The first is 500m² and includes an adult pool, children's pool, bar, bathrooms, sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas, etc.; the second area is 300m² and has 2 heated pools, one of which is covered and has a whirlpool, gourmet space and sauna, and the other is outdoors and holds 40,000 liters. - Complete game room, with pool/billiards, table tennis/ping-pong, foosball/pacau/fla-flu, Chess/Checkers, Card games, XBOX One X 4k video game, 55' 4k TV, Netflix, self-service refrigerator. Schedule below. - Kids space with a variety of toys for children of all ages, next to the game room, with a surveillance camera. Hours below. - Several covered barbecue grills with green area around in an area of 200m². There is a barbecue in each pool area as well, which must be booked with an extra fee for cleaning and hours of use. - Check-in to be arranged, possibility of exceptional cases, especially on Fridays and holiday eves after 8 p.m., CONSULT! Check-out by 5:00 p.m. with tolerance until 5:30 p.m.; - The refrigerator may be turned off for environmental reasons; check and, if necessary, plug it in as soon as you arrive to start cooling. - For environmental reasons, help check if the external lamp in your front area is turned on or off at night and during the day. - Bed linen for 1 couple, including pillows and duvet, and bath linen (towels) are provided. - Parking in a fenced patio next to the apartments, with the vehicles in front visible. More than 20 closed-circuit surveillance cameras with remote monitoring and recording, as well as a contracted third-party electronic surveillance alarm system. We have never had any security incidents (over 10 years). They must be accustomed to apartments, not dirty or damage the furniture, including leaving behind unwanted odors, get along well with other animals, and not emit noises or make sounds that bother other tenants. Due to health regulations, they are not allowed in the swimming pool areas, the community kitchen, and the game room. Larger pets will be subject to cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund or a fine of R$ 20.00 per night, up to 25 kg and R$ 50.00 per night for the others, as decided by the broker responsible for the stay. Beach kit with 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 34L cooler available for rent - CONSULT Video game console, pool table and other shared items in the game room with other guests. Shared kitchen: Stove, sink, common oven (the apartment has a microwave oven in it) and toaster are items available for shared use in the community kitchen. Women's sauna at 8 p.m. and men's sauna at 8:30 p.m., by reservation. Private use for a fee of R$ 30.00 for 1 person and R$ 15.00 for each additional person. Private groups and family, unisex. Maximum 5 people. ATTENTION: In case of lightning or storms, the pool areas will not be opened. Pool bar service only during high season (end of December to end of February).
