The rooms are released according to the number of guests informed in the reservation: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - both with Smart TV and air conditioning. We also have a sofa bed in the living room. All windows have protective grilles and screens to prevent mosquitoes. If you need to use the washing machine, check availability with the host. Most of our restrictions are directly linked to the condominium rules. These rules are available at the property. The spirit of rentals like this is for the guest to take care of the space as if it were their own. Especially because you will receive a clean, prepared, organized space, etc. It is desirable that you leave the space organized (in the same way you found it), wash the dishes, and collect the garbage.
