The space The main floor As you enter the door, you will be greeted with a cozy living room with large TV, some board games are available for you to play & enjoy. It is located in the living room cabinet (right side drawer). Coffee bar is available for everyone to enjoy. You can either brew your own coffee or sip on a tasteful tea while relaxing or watching TV. The full kitchen is equipped with all the basic kitchen supplies. Kitchen has stove, dishwasher, oven & refrigerator if you want to prepare a meal for the family or group of friends. Groceries can be arranged to be delivered to your doorsteps or just walk to the nearby WALMART or Costco. You can also BBQ outside & have dinner by the deck. It has a grill outside & patio furniture to enjoy the outdoor. Second Floor As you take the stairs to the second floor, you will be greeted with an open working space with a computer desk for some work related space. There’s 3 bedrooms Bedroom 1 - the master bedroom has a queen sized bed with walk-in closet & 2 sink ensuite washroom. Bedroom 2&3 - each has a queen bed & shares the 3 piece washroom with tub. All upper level washrooms are equipped with all toiletries (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel) , towels, washcloth & hair dryer is also provided. If wanting to wash, washer & dryer is also available in the upper level with soap & softener provided for your convenience. Please Note: The property has a Legal basement ( separate side entrance) which has a tenant living currently. Please respect their privacy. Both the main level occupant & the basement tenant has no access to each other. Guest Access: Full access main floor, deck & second Floor. Do not access the basement unless it’s an emergency.
