The space This well-appointed apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and private balcony. The dining area opens up to a spacious patio or sunroom, along with an additional attached balcony, offering plenty of natural light and fresh air. Key Features: • Living Room: Equipped with a TV and speakers for entertainment. • Kitchen: Fully stocked with a microwave, hot water kettle, sink with hot water, and all essential dishware. • Dining room: 6 seater table with crockeries available. Opens to a patio or sunroom, and comes with an attached balcony. • Bedrooms: The master bedroom Includes a mini workstation and hot water in the bath for added convenience. The other bedroom comes with attached bathroom and balcony as well. • Bathrooms: Every bathroom comes with bathing amenities. However, hot water is only available in the master bath and kitchen. There is also a half bath in the dining room area (next to the storage room that’s not accessible for guests). • Additional Amenities: Toothbrush, coffee/tea, iron machine, cloth drying rack, bedroom lamps. Note: The third bedroom is used for storage, which is not accessible to guests. Guest access Guest are allowed to use all spaces except the storage room next to the half bathroom. It is solely used for storage purpose of the hosts. Other things to note House Rules: • No smoking inside. • No unapproved guests or parties. • No shoes inside. • Please take out all the garbage from bedrooms & bathrooms, and put everything in the big trash bin in the kitchen. • Turn off all lights, geyser, and AC before checking out. • Wash all the used dishes before checkout. • Check-in time is flexible(7 AM till any hour of the day).
