The space The entrance is located on the second floor, accessible via an indoor staircase. *Please note: the stairway is about 80 cm wide, and the entrance door opens to approx. 61 cm, so guests with larger body types should take care. The entire second floor is your private accommodation space. Since the first floor is an office, you can enjoy your stay without worrying about noise below. From Niigata Station, it’s about a ¥1,000 taxi ride (one meter). Within a 3–5 minute walk, you’ll find: • Supermarket “Uoroku” • Convenience store “7-Eleven” • Drugstore “Drug Tops” • Coin laundry “Coin Laundry Depot” Niigata Station and many restaurants are also within a 10-minute walk. ⭐︎ For Travelers by Car One free parking space is available in front of the building. You can enjoy your stay with the comfort and privacy of a whole house rental. Other things to note ● Under Japanese law, all guests staying at the property are required to fill out a guest registration form. ● As there are private residences nearby, loud noises, parties, shouting outside, and any other disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. ● Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the property and in all surrounding areas. ● If indoor trash bins become full during your stay, please place the entire bag into the large outdoor trash container located next to the building on the first floor. ● In Niigata City, street smoking and littering are prohibited by local ordinance. If any of the following are confirmed, a flat additional charge of 50,000 JPY (excluding tax) will be applied: • Wearing shoes indoors • Noise disturbances affecting neighbors (from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM) • Smoking or discarding cigarette butts indoors or near the facility • Traces of dirt such as vomit that require special cleaning or deodorization • Illegal dumping of suitcases or bulky waste • Exceeding the number of guests without prior approval (Twice the regular accommodation fee will be charged for each additional guest) • Loss of keys • Damage, defacement, or removal of property or equipment (Additional charge plus replacement cost will apply) • Use of fireworks, bonfires, or charcoal grills • Checking out while leaving the facility in an extremely untidy condition • Use of adult entertainment services • Any other behavior that causes inconvenience to the facility or neighbors For everyone's safe and comfortable stay,we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
