Entire house includes 1st and 2nd floor apartments as well as a wellness studio on the 3rd floor. The 1st floor apartment is a 2BR that sleeps 5 (w/ bunk bed), 1 bath; the 2nd floor unit has 1BR with 2 full baths. Each apartment with it's own full kitchen. The wellness floor offers a Moroccan inspired chill room (flush with comfortable floor seating), a writer's nook, and a yoga room. Come and relax, read, enjoy music or simply lounge with family and friends. The space The home, with its contemporary design aesthetic detailed in the artwork and furnishing, has 2 separate apartments. It's perfect for large families or a group of friends vacationing together. There is a bunk bed in the 2br apartment it can accommodate a child or adult up to 6ft tall. It sleeps 8 comfortably, has 3 full baths and 5 smart TVs. People-watch on the big front porch or access the 2nd floor deck for more privacy. Guest access Guests will have access to both apartments in addition to the Wellness Studio. The wellness studio is exclusive to guests who book the entire house. You will also have the front porch, rear deck and backyard to yourself. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the home as if it was their own. Other things to note There is a bunk bed in the 2br apartment that can accommodate a child or adult up to 6ft. You must climb a flight of stairs to reach 2nd floor apartment in front or from rear deck. You need to climb a 2nd flight of steps to reach 3rd floor. Entering home from the front porch you will need to climb 2 steps. There is a slight slope up into kitchen from living room. For anyone with mobility issues it may be an issue.
