The space Welcome to The Oak at Twin Creeks! A quiet and safe neighborhood in South Austin. The perfect location for your group enjoy our 4000sqft house. The house has everything you could want. With 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, 2 utility rooms (yoga/meditation room & ping-pong) and a gorgeous dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need if you are staying in to cook a nice meal. The backyard features massive oak tree that provides shade during the hot TX summer days. It also has backyard furniture, a Weber propane grill and we have included some backyard games! Main Floor: As you enter the foyer, you're greeted by an expansive living area featuring comfortable seating and a large smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up with loved ones. The open layout seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, making it ideal for socializing. Master Bedroom (First Floor) - The master suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed with premium bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room also includes an en-suite bathroom with a spa-like shower (double shower heads) and dual vanity. Bedroom 2 (First Floor) - Hopefully you don't need to get any work done on vacation but if you do there is a desk and chair along with the beautiful trundle bed that offers two, twin-sized bed (one pulls out from underneath). Bedroom 3 (second floor)- This cozy yet inviting space features a king-sized bed, perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring Austin's vibrant attractions. Bedroom 4 - Big group or small group this is the perfect room. There are two full-sized trundle beds that each have twin beds that pull out from underneath (2 full-sized & 2 twin-sized). Bedroom 5 - With two double beds, this room is perfect for larger groups or families with kids. Everyone will have plenty of space to stretch out and relax after a day of adventure. Bedroom 6 - Sleep comfortably in this room with a king-sized bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a serene retreat. The second floor offers and secondary living rooms space with another massive 75inch TV. There is also a game table and a bunch of games and if that is not enough, challenge your friends or family to a game of ping-pong in the game room! Come experience the perfect retreat in Austin, where comfort and convenience await! Let us know if you have any questions! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, driveway and yard. Other things to note Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $750 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only host groups with the primary renter over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification. Our HOA has restrictions against work trucks and trailers. If you are wanting to bring a trailer or your truck/van has a company logo please let us know and we can try to find another solution. No parties or events. Please do not stay outside after quiet hours which are 10 PM. As mentioned, we want to respect the neighbors as much as possible. If you are outside after 10 PM and receive a noise complaint to the Austin Police Department (APD), you will be charged a $250 fee.
