The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days. The space Newly furnished and renovated in spring 2021, the sun and sea beach house is ideal for couples and small families. The living room with open kitchen scores with the large glass front, which allows a great panoramic view of the beach and access to the terrace. On a first floor of the beach villa you will be welcomed by two cozy bedrooms, with a double box spring bed and two single box spring beds. Here you will also find the large bathroom, which is equipped with a hot tub, a hot tub. Located in the attic, the attic room can convince with an incredible view, a fireplace, a smart TV and a roof terrace. If required, the sofa bed can be used here for a fifth person. Adjacent is the sauna with Baltic Sea views. In addition, we offer you a reserved parking space right in front of the house, free WiFi, two smart TVs, washing machine, dishwasher and an electric grill.
