The space This accommodation is located on the second floor of a 27-year-old building. While not brand new, it has been well cared for by a couple who ran a restaurant on the ground floor and lived upstairs. The guest space occupies the entire second floor and has a private entrance at the top of a wide staircase. However, MUJI skincare items (toner, lotion, cleansing oil, and face wash) are available. Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are in the bathroom. 〈Entrance〉 A large shoe cabinet with a mirror stores cleaning tools like a vacuum and floor wiper, as well as extra toilet paper—all free to use. 〈Bedrooms〉 There are two bedrooms. One has two Simmons single beds and is separated from the hallway by blackout curtains. A height-adjustable mini table is also provided for reading, writing, or using a laptop. The second bedroom is a renovated Japanese-style room with two double beds (Simmons mattresses). A closet and iron are available for your use. 〈Living Room〉 Relax on a genuine leather white sofa and footrest. The closet holds two mattresses and bedding sets. To use them, please store the table and footrest in the closet. 〈Dining Area〉 The table is extendable up to 260 cm. Extra chairs are stored in the living room closet. 〈Kitchen〉 Fully equipped for cooking: refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, 2-burner IH stove, cookware, cups, glasses, and a teapot. ■Access to the ski resort ・Approx. 50 minutes (45km) by car to Ninox Ski Resort ・Approx. 2 hours (138km) by car to Gala Yuzawa ・Approx. 2 hours (158km) by car to Naeba Ski Resort ・Approx. 1 hour 40 minutes (120km) by car to Inawashiro Ski Resort (Fukushima) ・Approx. 2 hours (140km) by car to Urabandai Ski Resort (Fukushima) Other things to note ● Under Japanese law, all guests staying at the property are required to fill out a guest registration form. ● As there are private residences nearby, loud noises, parties, shouting outside, and any other disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. ● Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the property and in all surrounding areas. ● If indoor trash bins become full during your stay, please place the entire bag into the large outdoor trash container located next to the building on the first floor. ● In Niigata City, street smoking and littering are prohibited by local ordinance.
