Welcome to 'Moroccan Pearl'. We are delighted to host you in our lovingly restored farmhouse, originally built in 1913. This home blends timeless charm with a unique Moroccan-inspired touch, creating a one-of-a-kind retreat. 5 minutes to Luray caverns and center to most scenic Shenandoah views. Situated in downtown Luray where you can enjoy dining, shopping, hiking and even working remotely saving your time off while relaxing close to mother nature. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other things to note *The house is situated in a road frequented by heavy equipment. While the speed limit is 25 MPH, some noise should be expected. *It is typically quiet after 8 PM Located on a busy street, the outdoor area is prone to frequent dust accumulation. Our cleaning crew will make every effort to keep it as clean as possible. *Built in 1913, the house features a historic structure. The owner has made every effort to preserve and maintain it in excellent condition. Please help contribute to its ongoing preservation. *When stepping out onto the back porch, please unlock one of the exit doors to avoid being locked outside. *The outdoor furniture is covered to protect it. Kindly cover it again after use *Guests are kindly requested to remain within the yellow boundary lines on the neighbors' sides to ensure mutual privacy and respect. *The edges of the firepit become hot; please exercise caution while using it. *Due to allergy concerns, we don't offer cooking oil and laundry detergent. *Thermostat is set to 63 F: 1- to save energy when house is not occupied. 2- to allow guests the flexibility to adjust heating (in winter) as needed. A portable heater is available upstairs for extra warmth.
