Our apartment is a 100-meter duplex, two bedrooms with a double bed each, two full bathrooms, work area and kitchen/dining room, in the center of Cartes and with such wonderful communication that it is close to everything, we look forward to seeing you. Maximum 2 As of September 15, 2025, the pool will be closed The space The two bedrooms have a double bed, are on the upper floor of the duplex, along with the work area and a full bathroom; on the lower floor we have a beautiful kitchen and the living room, both in an open concept and there is also another full bathroom. The bathrooms have a shower. It is a very quiet area, with very easy parking. In December we make the garage space available since Christmas is celebrated in Cartes with many lights and shows, and so that guests do not have a parking problem, it is given at the same price. Guest access In the summer months we have a community pool in which a maximum of 4 members of each household in the community can use it, it opens on the days coinciding with the school holidays.
