It is very comfortable, has a small patio and a large terrace to enjoy the day outdoors and from where you can see the emblematic Velez Sarfield stadium. The terrace has a table, chairs, umbrellas and grill, to enjoy the sun or the evening breeze. It is located four blocks from the renowned Av. Rivadavia and one block from Av. Juan B. Justo (where the metrobus is located). Both avenues, with access to various bus lines, which take you to the most important neighborhoods of the federal capital. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a variety of gastronomic and commercial places, as well as supermarkets and a Carrefour hypermarket. The apartment has a full kitchen (four burners and a gas oven), microwave, electric toaster, electric kettle, complete dishes, smart TV (50 inches), with cable service, cold/heat air conditioning in all rooms, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and laundry room complete with washing machine. It has a comfortable sofa in the living room and a large table for all diners. One of the rooms offers a brand new queen size bed and another room has two single beds of one and a half places. Linens and quilts are provided. The bathroom is complete, has a shower with glass screen, has a hand towel and towel, for all guests. A FREE WELCOME BREAKFAST IS OFFERED. It is fully equipped so that our guests can enjoy a pleasant stay. For stays longer than four days, one or more mandatory cleanings are carried out (depending on the number of days the reservation lasts) so that guests can feel comfortable and enjoy a warm and clean environment. Each cleaning has an additional cost of $15,000 that must be paid on the day of entry in Argentine pesos in cash. The day and time for each cleaning will be coordinated with the guest.
