It is very comfortable, has a small patio and spacious terrace to enjoy the day outdoors and from where you can see the emblematic stadium of Velez Sarfield. The terrace has a table, chairs, umbrellas and grill, to enjoy the sun or the breeze at dusk. It is located four blocks from the renowned Rivadavia Avenue and one block from Av. Juan B.Justo (where the metrobus is located). Both avenues, with access to various collective lines, which take you to the most important neighborhoods of the federal capital. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a variety of gastronomic and commercial venues, as well as supermarkets and carrefour hypermarket. The apartment has a full kitchen ( four stoves and gas oven), microwave, electric toaster, electric pava, full crockery, smart TV ( 50 inches), with cablevision service, cold/heat air conditioning in all rooms, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and full laundry room with dishwasher. It has a comfortable sofa in the living room and a large table for all diners. One of the rooms offers a brand new Queen bed and in another room two single beds of one and a half beds. Roofing and cushioning are provided. The bathroom is complete, has a shower with a glass screen, has a hand towel and towel, for all those staying. BREAKFAST IS OFFERED AT A WELCOME FEE.
