UMIKAZE is a private, entire home rental that opened in December 2024, offering a completely private space for one group at a time. Located just 4 minutes from JR Sakuragicho Station and 2 minutes from Sakuragicho Subway Station, it’s in a very convenient area. The house accommodates up to 6 guests, with 4-6 being ideal. Nearby, you'll find convenience stores, restaurants in 5min walk, and attractions like Yokohama Burg13, Cup Noodles Museum, and Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse in less than 30min. The space This 50-year-old steel-framed house has been renovated while preserving the charm of traditional Japanese homes. Bedrooms On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with one air conditioning in main bed room. The rooms include two double beds and one single bed. If needed, we can also provide a foldable single bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. There are two Google TVs (55-inch and 32-inch), though neither has access to terrestrial TV channels. Please bring your own pajamas. * If you need the foldable bed, please let us know in advance. Dining Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with an IH stove (1 burner), tableware, cooking utensils, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and electric kettle. The dining area has a table and six chairs for your enjoyment. No seasonings are provided. Bathroom The bathroom includes a washbasin, bathtub, washing machine, electric dryer, hairdryer, bath towels, and amenities (toothbrush). Toilet There is one toilet on the second floor. Amenities Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial wash, lotion, and toner are provided. Towels Body towels and bath towels are provided for each guest. WiFi Free Wi-Fi is available. Non-Smoking Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Parking There is no on-site parking. Please use nearby coin-operated parking. Do not enter or use the parking spaces on the property, as they are not for guest use. Additional Notes If it’s not listed above, guests are required to bring their own items. Guest access The house has three floors, but due to fire regulations, only the first and second floors are available for use. The third floor is not accessible, but the entire house is still available for private use. Please note that the parking spaces are not part of the facility, so do not enter or use them. Other things to note Important Notes The house is an older building. Please be cautious as the stairs are steep and slippery in places, and there are low ceilings in certain areas. Due to the age of the house, you may hear outside noise inside the rooms. If any guests are sensitive to noise, please avoid booking. For the simplification of the guest registration process, please send your name, address, passport number (for international guests), occupation, and age via message in advance. Thank you for your cooperation. Also, please take a photo of the passports for all guests (for international guests). Please follow Japanese government regulations and your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. No shoes inside the house. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and anywhere on the premises. If smoking is detected, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or heated tobacco products, a special cleaning and deodorization fee of approximately JPY 300,000 (based on professional cleaning company rates) will be charged. Please note that additional actual costs may also be charged separately in cases requiring wallpaper replacement, furniture or fixture replacement, or compensation for business interruption. Party use is not allowed. As there are many residents nearby, please be quiet after 9 PM. Pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with a service dog, please notify us in advance. If any items or equipment are damaged, please contact us immediately. We may charge for repairs after inspection. If the keys are lost, we may charge for the cost of changing the door lock for security reasons, so please handle them carefully. We do not provide linen changes. Please use the washing machine and dryer available in the facility. Special cleaning fees may be charged in the case of vomit, smoking, or other significant stains (normal use is not a problem). A security camera is installed in the entrance area according to public health rules. It is used to verify the number of guests. If the number of guests exceeds the reserved amount, an additional fee of 30,000 yen per person per night will be charged. As mentioned above, early check-in and late check-out are also monitored by security cameras. If you do not inform us in advance, an additional one-night charge will apply. Please inform us if you wish to request this (additional fee applies). Please separate your trash according to the stickers on the trash cans.
