Welcome to The Cozy Pine Chalet where tranquility meets adventure, just steps away from beautiful Falls Lake, NS. This private chalet is the perfect place to escape the hustle & bustle and relax with friends and family. Take a stroll down to the lake or unwind and relax by the cozy firepit. Whether you enjoy hiking, four-wheeling, stargazing, swimming, fishing, or sunbathing, this chalet will be sure to please everyone in the group. We cannot wait for you to enjoy this little slice of heaven! The space The Cozy Pine Chalet sits on a private lot within the Falls Lake Resort Community, where you will be welcomed with the sound of birds chirping and the wind whistling through the trees. Experience the beautiful sunset at night, and the stunning sunrise in the morning. The front yard area has a large deck with outdoor dining furniture and a seating area with a fire table. There is also a Blackstone grill/flat top combo on the front deck for guest use. The flat layout of the front yard is great for playing games (washer toss, etc.). These amenities are available during the warmer months (Spring, Summer, Fall) but will be taken in during the winter. The side of the chalet has a screened in porch with a rocking chair and sofa for those days where you may want to get away from the bugs. In the winter, we cover the netting with plastic so that you can sit out there even during the colder weather. The large back yard has a fire pit for use and tons of space for children to run. The hill in the back is also great for sledding in the winter. As soon as you enter the chalet, the living room and kitchen are right there. In the living room is a pellet stove, and a pull-out sectional. Instructions on how to use the pellet stove in the winter will be provided. Down the hall is the bathroom, as well as the master bedroom on your right, and second bedroom on your left. The utility/laundry closet is also in the hallway. Our family dog stays with us when we use the cottage ourselves, so if you have any animal sensitivities, please keep this in mind. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and amenities. The garage and shed are not included in the booking and will be locked, as these spaces are for the owners. Deeded access to Falls Lake and Murphy Lake, with a private dock and beach area are included. There is also a wooden gazebo located close to the lake which makes for a great picnic or picture taking area. Other things to note 10 minutes to Ski Martock ⛷️ 10 minutes to Bent Ridge Winery 🍷 Firewood is not included but can be purchased down the road at the Petro gas station (3 minutes away).
