We are happy to welcome you to our home, which is located within the Veio Regional Natural Park, a protected area located between Via Flaminia and Via Cassia, just 15 km north of Rome. The apartment is completely independent, where privacy, quiet and relaxation are guaranteed. The space The apartment consists of: - Two comfortable bedrooms for a total of 4 beds, a double bed and a French bed. - Spacious living room for moments of relaxation. - Large fully equipped open kitchen - Bathroom with bathtub/shower and bidet What we offer - Free breakfast. You will find everything you need for a simple and complete Italian breakfast, which you can prepare at the time you prefer, following your own rhythms. - Private pool for your exclusive use. No one will come to disturb you while you relax, it's all yours! The pool reaches a height of 1.90 meters, so please always supervise your children. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory to enter the water, but if you do not have one, we will lend it to you. - Large outdoor space with lawn and lots of trees! - High-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms of the house - TV with satellite channels - Organic and biodegradable toiletries (because soaps end up in the soil, where we like to grow vegetables!!) These services are included in the price of the stay, with no surprises or additional costs. Guest access The house is a detached villa consisting of two apartments on two independent and non-communicating floors. The two of us live upstairs, the one on the ground floor is the B&B. The common areas are the garden of about 5,000 square meters that you will share with us and our two good and quiet female border collies. There is an indoor parking space. Other things to note What to do in the surrounding area: - Go to and from Rome in the day to visit the Eternal City in the Jubilee year, but avoid staying overnight at this time of intense tourist influx. We will be happy to give you all the directions to reach the capital without stress! - Immerse yourself in the nature trails of the Veio Park - Discover all the mountain bike trails that start from here! - Walk the ancient paths of the Via Francigena, on foot or by bike - Reach Lake Martignano in 15 minutes - Visit Lake Bracciano and the characteristic villages that surround it, 20 minutes away. Warnings: The B&B is about 3 km from the village, you need to have your own vehicle to reach it since we are in the open countryside within the Veio Park. Pet Friendly: Your dogs are welcome, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate cats. Two sociable and affectionate dogs live here, always ready to make new friends with everyone... but not with cats!
