This cozy 1,300 sq ft, 3-beds, 2-baths, sleeps 8 and boasts stunning lake views, a private sandy beach perfect for swimming and fishing! Enjoy outdoor fun with 2 kayaks, a BBQ grill, a firepit on the beach and a peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for families or friends looking for a memorable retreat with beautiful sunsets, outdoor adventures, and all the comforts of home by Lake Manitoba. Other things to note 🚫 Our lake house is not a party house. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We ask all guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise levels low at all times. Failure to follow these rules may result in fines and immediate removal from the property without refund. 👥 A maximum of 8 guests is permitted unless approved in advance. Please notify us of any additional guests prior to booking, as extra fees may apply. Groups exceeding 8 guests must receive approval before booking. ⏰ Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours and community. 🐶 We have a strict No Pet Policy. Unauthorized pets may result in extra fees or cancellation without refund. Service animals are welcome but may not be left unattended. 🧻 We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, water jugs, etc. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies during your visit. There are seasonal bugs in Manitoba. NO refund due to the nature of lake Manitoba environmental conditions.
