Welcome to Villas Bingin Bay 3&4, opened in June 2024 in the heart of Bingin, close to beaches, restaurants and stores. The 2 villas are identical, located side by side and connected by a door between the 2 enclosed gardens. A beautiful ensemble for 8 people with 2 swimming pools, 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. 2 living areas with lounge, dining room and kitchen opening onto the garden. Wifi, bed linen, towels, parking and daily cleaning included. Guest access For the security of your belongings, valuables must be secured when leaving the villas. A safety box is provided for cash, passports, and important items. Please ensure all bedroom doors and the main entrance are locked when away. Our team will assist upon arrival with the safety box and locking systems. Following these standard precautions helps ensure a safe and worry-free stay. Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We've designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer relaxing and enjoyable spaces. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don't worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night's charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We're here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we've got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
